Submission Guidelines

Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting an ad.

1

Your ad file must be submitted via Ad Design Upload page. We will NOT accept emailed attachments of files.

2

All files for your ads must be provided in accordance with the instructions supplied herein.

3

You must correctly name your files to ensure they will run as desired. To do so, please format your file name as follows:

Date(YYMMDD)_BusinessName_AdNumber.jpg

For example: 1505012_JonesBakery_04
= The 4th ad for Jones Bakery To Be Run Starting May 1, 2016.

4

Please remember – designing for a sign is VERY different than designing for print. It will help you to do successful ads if you remember the following simple rules:

(a) Less is More.
(b) Bigger is better.
(c) Contrast is king.
(d) Simplify, simplify.

5

Finally, please note that YOU are responsible for proofing your artwork, and for making sure it meets the requirements as regards size, resolution, quality and content. We will not edit or adjust your artwork and the quality of its appearance on the sign will directly correlate to the quality of file which you supply to us.

If your file is not useable, or does not meet the criteria specified as regards content we will substitute a stock ad showing your business name in plain type on a plain background with color and style randomly determined.
